International Seminar and Workshop on Sustainable Development Goals

On September 25, 2015, the General Meeting of the United Nations established the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development Goals (SDG). This agenda contains seventeen items, such as banishing poverty, durable consumption and production. The Member States, among which also the Netherlands, must take care of the implementation of the SDGs in their countries. Curaçao also adopted the 2030 Agenda.

Parallel to the seminar, the Representatives, referred to above, participated in a workshop. In this workshop, the Participants were given tools for the research on the implementation of the SDGs.
